At With Love And Dreams, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
No Refunds 3 hours
Once an order has been in our system for more than 3 hours, it is processed and booked into our system. Therefore, we cannot offer any refunds after this period. We appreciate your understanding.
Custom and Personalized Items
For items made from scratch to your specific needs, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. These custom products are crafted uniquely for you, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for personalized items. If the returned product is lost or damaged upon return to us, we may offer a 50% discount on a replacement, depending on the outcome of our evaluation.
Please Note
Orders for memorial pieces can take up to 3 months from the day your pieces arrive with me, this does not include shipping time back, the shipping time varies from were in the world you are.
Floral preservation pieces can take 20-24 weeks, all depending on how many pieces you order and how big the piece is.
All my pieces are handmade from start to finish and while I strive to do my best, minor defects are always a possibility. for example the possibility of air bubbles or micro bubbles this is something that I there to prevent and keep to a minimum, but when it comes to hair ,flowers, materials,cremains airbubbles are always a possibility
Everything is shipped with tracked and traced postage.
